Our Projects

850 TPD Caustic Soda Project

ALFA PUMPS (P) LIMITED worked with DCM Shriram LTD on latest Caustic Soda Project (2022) having largest capacity in India of 850 TPD . "Non metallic(PVDF & PFA LINED) Centrifugal Pump" of latest technology and design with approved technical specifications as per end user requirement.

300 TPD Caustic Project

For the 300 TPD Caustic Project, we worked with technical consultant Worley on the ORACLE Aconex platform to approve the non-metallic (PVDF & PFA LINED) centrifugal pump requirements. The client, ATUL LIMITED was delighted with the materials readiness and praised the product quality and craftsmanship for completing ahead of schedule.

Metal Processing Project

We have done one project with metal processing industry which is also successfully done by ALFA PUMPS. All the technical data sheets and all type of testing facilities was provided to client as well consultant.

Flouro Chemical Business

We have done no. of projects in fluorochemical business such as PAP, R 125, R-22, F32, F 134, AHF. All of them involve some how Hydro Fluoric acid which is very rough to handle. But our pumps are running smoothly there.
